Governing Law; Jurisdiction
If there is any matter that is not stipulated in this SIGMA Social network Policy, any question regarding the interpretation of this SIGMA Social network Policy, or any dispute that arises between a user of The Services and SIGMA, the parties shall resolve such matter in good faith. If there is a need for litigation, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance. This SIGMA Social network Policy will be governed by the laws of Japan.
Controlling Language
If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this SIGMA Social network Policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
