[Update Information] To customers who use the SIGMA fp

We would like to inform you that we have released a PC application (Windows version) that allows you to change the internal program of the SIGMA fp camera, which, as we informed you on December 11, 2024, consumes more battery power than expected even when the power is off when a lens is attached.

Please enter your SIGMA fp serial number on this page to determine whether or not your camera is affected by the problem. If you have a SIGMA fp with the applicable serial number, please follow the instructions on this page to download the PC application and update the camera's internal program. Please note that it is not necessary to change the camera's internal program for SIGMA fp cameras with serial numbers other than the applicable serial number, or for SIGMA fp L cameras.

We would also like to inform you that the Mac version of the update will not be released by the end of the year as originally planned. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to Mac users who have been waiting for the update.
