Operating conditions of the SIGMA fp with the Panasonic LUMIX S 20-60mm F3.5-5.6

We would like to share results of our investigations regarding the operation of the LUMIX S 20-60mm F3.5-5.6, released by Panasonic Corporation on 22 July 2020, when used on the SIGMA fp.

When the Vignetting setting within the fp’s Lens Optics Correction function is set to ‘auto’, DNGs or CinemaDNGs shot with a focal length of 20 mm and an aperture value of F3.5 may display white corners when opened in some development software.

We are planning a firmware update to address this issue, which will be announced in due course.
