IMPRESSION
Although the offer on the market of zooms and telephoto lenses is extremely wide and diversified among different manufacturers, the design of the SIGMA 60-600mm F4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM | Sports telephoto lens made it the obvious choice for me . First, its very wide focal length. It is very pleasant to be able to work from 60 mm for landscape photography to 600 mm for animal scenes. Despite of the great focal length, the main reason is that the image quality meets my needs and expectationsーit's sharp and bokeh and depth of field effects are very enjoyable.
Its ergonomics have been designed for optimal use: a fair weight, a very acceptable bulkiness compared to other products, and a pleasant grip. Its MO (manual override) mode is a plus in some situations.
Last but not least, special attention has been taken to the reassuring build quality. This is the 60-600mm for professional photographers.

IMPRESSION
I began using the Sigma 150-600mm Sport lens in 2015, since then this lens has
been with me to many of Africa's most alluring destinations.
I have put the lens through a very arduous time with a great deal travel in some very rough conditions and sometimes rough handling on my part and it has not let me down.
Its build quality is superb and very robust, and is able to withstand the tough environments it's asked to perform in.
I have found that the autofocus speed, sharpness to be excellent and the depth of field produced by this lens to be very pleasing for an aperture of f6.3. The Image stabilization I have found to be simple and effective and the added benefit of the fine-tuning with the USB dock to be very useful.
I would consider this lens to be the very best choice for variable focus lenses and perfect for safari going and wildlife photography in general. Added to this the weight and size makes this compact lens very user-friendly in this age of age travel where size and weight are paramount. It is, in my opinion, one of the best all-round wildlife lenses on the market today that I confidently travel with everywhere.

IMPRESSION
For many years, my photographic practice has forced me to use only some fixed optics, such as the 500mm aperture 4. And then I have had the opportunity to make images using the Sigma 150-600mm 5-6.3 S/C DG OS HSM. This lens is like a perfect Swiss Army knife : light, very sharp and with a fast autofocus, it can cover most of the situations. Its construction and finishing, also, are of high level and suggests that it will be an effective companion in the long term.
